The service

Call It Out is an entertainment platform for anonymous, petty interpersonal disputes. Verdicts are jokes with percentages. They carry no legal weight, resolve nothing, and are not advice of any kind.

Your content

• You must be 18 or older, and your dispute must be about an adult.
• You are responsible for what you submit. Content must comply with the content policy; our intake review may redact or reject it, and we may remove anything at any time.
• Statements are immutable once filed — it’s a court record. The plaintiff may settle, which closes the case permanently.
• You grant us a license to display and distribute what you submit, including in link previews and share cards.

No identification

Do not attempt to identify any party to a case, on or off the platform. Attempting to unmask, dox, or harass a party is grounds for removal and a ban.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Takedown requests: abuse@callitout.com, answered within 24 hours.
