FILED FOR THE RECORD
Privacy
The product is built around not knowing who anyone is. Here is exactly what we keep.
No accounts, no names
- There are no user accounts. Parties are identified by capability links; jurors by an anonymous cookie.
- We never store raw IP addresses. Voting and rate limiting use a salted, one-way hash of your anonymous cookie and coarse connection data.
- Party links are stored only as cryptographic hashes. We cannot recover a lost link.
What we store
- The content you file (after intake review), votes, comments, and reports.
- An email address only if you explicitly opt in to notifications for a case — single-purpose, removable with one click, never sold or shared.
- Intake-review logs, kept briefly for safety tuning; rejected text is purged within 7 days.
